Harry was at the Qudditch Pitch. He really needed to think. He also needed to get his mind off of what could be happening in 1997. Voldemort was still alive in his time, then again Voldemort is alive in this time too, but that didn't worry Harry very mcuh. This Voldemort didn't know who he was. He was just a memory in this time. Harry was flying around in the Qudditch Pitch with a snitch. He loved to fly when he wanted to get his mind off of things. It really helped him, plus he figured he could practice catching the snitch too.

Lily walked out to the Quidditch Pitch and into the stands. She knew it should have been empty today and it was an ideal place to read when you just wanted to get away so there she was. What she hadn't anticipated, though, was that there would be someone out there. Was it James Potter? Oh, that would just be her luck, wouldn't it? It wasn't enough that she had to see him in the Common Room, in Classes, and then at Dinner still... all she wanted right now was a bit of peace... a moment to herself.
Well, maybe he wouldn't notice her. After all, he was very serious about Quidditch... that much she could admire. He was an excellent player (which probably just added to the ego problem he had). No matter how much she denied it, though, he was beginning to grow on her. Even though she constantly turned him down, she admired his perseverance and was really flattered by it... she just couldn't bring herself to say yes after all this time...
She found a spot in the stands and sat down, leaning back on the blench behind her and opening her book to read.

He continued to fly searching for the Snitch. It was rather hard to find for some reason, but it eventually got easier. It took him about two to three minutes to find out where exactly it was, but once he did Harry went towards it, at a pretty fast pace. He directed his broom to go down, since thats the only way he could even reach the snitch. One second later he caught it in his right hand. He didn't notice that some walked into the Qudditch pitch let alone who it was.

Lily glanced up every once in a while as who she thought was James practiced. Bright green eyes watched from over her book, the rest of her face still hidden, as he dove for the snitch. Though he wouldn't be able to see it, a smile graced her features. Lily didn't know much about Quidditch but it was intriguing to watch... even now as there was only one person on the field she found her attention captured by it. She may have been a fair flyer but she certainly wasn't a Quidditch player.

He sighed to himself. He played with the snitch for a little bit long, but then grounded and put it away. He went back up into the air though. He loved to fly. He was really good at it too. He still remembered how he had gotten the positon of Seeker his first year. It was sort of funny to him in a way, since Mcgongall && Madam Hooch weren't that mad that he had went up on his broom when he was told not to. They were upset a little yes, but he didn't even get in trouble for it.

After watching him touch down to replace he snitch, Lily went back to hiding behind her book in case he should notice her. The last thing she needed was for him to catch her watching him practice. Something about him seemed different... she couldn't explain it but it just did. Maybe it was the way he moved or the fact that he w wasn't trying to make the hair on the back of his hair stand up. Either way she just noticed that he didn't seem quite himself. Maybe he was out there to clear his mind or something... who knew?

Harry just continued to fly around. He loved flying. It was one of his favorite things to do. He could never get tired of it. Harry looked around the Pitch and noticed a girl reading a book. He wasn't sure who she was since well her face was in the book, but she did look a bit familiar. Harry just wasn't sure where he had seen her before, and since he couldn't see her face it was hard to determine who exactly she was.

Lily sighed, defeated, finally admitting to herself that she wasn't going to be able to read with him out there... or maybe now just wasn't the time for her to try to do anything she needed to pay too much attention to. Everyone had their off days, right? Maybe this was one of hers. Closing the book, she grabbed her bag and slid the book in there, glancing back at him before she headed for the exit. She couldn't help but feel that something was a bit... off about James today.

Harry eventually grounded again, and put his broom away. He really didn't know what to do next. He looked around the Quidditch Pitch. It was only Harry, and this girl who he still didn't know was Lily. He hadnt looked over at her again. Harry sat down somewhere twirling his wand out of boredness. Harry thought for a moment. He really didn't know what to do, but he really didn't want to sit there, and do nothing.

When she got down the steps, she looked back onto the field once again. Now that she was closer, she could tell that this kid wasn't James at all... he just looked an awful lot like James. Narrowing her eyes in confusion, she walked closer and said, "Hi..."
She felt a bit weird, just going up to him like that, but something about him was very familiar. "I'm Lily," she introduced herself when she got close enough, holding out her hand to shake his. "I don't think we've met."

"Harry" he said after she told him who she was "Well you wouldn't since im from 19 years in the future" Harry replied with a smirk on his face.

Lily furrowed her brow in confusion. "Nineteen years?... well... do you know me?" she asked, a bit confused. She hadn't known that people from the future had come here and it wasn't something she would easily believe but they were in the magical realm, after all. Anything was possible, right? For the girl who didn't even know there was such a thing as magic, it was pretty easy to have an open mind.

"Yes nineteen years. im not even alive in this time. Im still just a thought." Harry said. Harry then heard her question if he knew her or not. He really didn't know what to say. He really couldn't tell her the truth in full detail, but he couldn't lie either. Harry thought for a minute "Um yeah a little bit" Harry replied. Ok so that wasn't a lie. It was true he barley got a chance to know her.

Lily paused for a moment, looking down. Just a memory... his words echoed in her mind. This didn't really make any sense to her yet but she hoped it would soon enough. "And... How old are you now?" she asked him.
She was really hoping he didn't mind her questions as there would probably be quite a few. She knew people didn't normally like being interrogated and she didn't really blame them so she would try to keep her questions to a minimum... She was just a very curious person and she didn't enjoy being confused about anything.

"Seventeen. Im not born till like 2 years from now or something like that, but then yeah something happens a year later, and my life hasn't really been very good since that. Id rather not really talk about that though"He said looking down. It still really upset him about what happend. He also didn't want her to find out things that she shouldn't. As much as he would LOVE to change the future he knew he couldn't. If he did do something about everything that was to happen they wouldn't know what future they would go back to. It couldn't be risked, not to mention it was Dangerous.
